Tonight, we focused mostly on set dances. We started by running step and set individually. Overall comments:
MB'sF: pound out rhythm at beginning of step, timing on twist tips in opening of set, timing on and 1,2 hop back 1,2 and toe bang in set, crossing on ending straight up the floor
DOP: making all bangs even in opening of step, remembering hornpipe pauses and making them dramatic, hitting double kick in beginning of set, re-aligning hips after beginning of set, crossing at the end of set
We talked again about making every run through count. We then moved on to hard shoe and ran each step individually and then all 3 followed by individual comments. Overall, push and effort were very good!
