I cannot say enough about Glencastle Irish Dancers. As someone born and raised in Milwaukee, Irish dancing has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. I knew when my kids were old enough to dance, I wanted them to be a part of Glencastle, and to have that family feeling that Bridget and her staff have always given to every person that has walked into their classroom. As an adult dancer, I love the camaraderie with other adults, but my real joy is spending time with my daughter, celebrating our heritage and having fun while doing it. I am grateful for every moment and every class. Bridget is family and I could not be more grateful for that.

As an alumni of Glencastle, I look back at my years of dance and can see daily how much I was impacted to be the person I am today. I started with Glencastle at the age of 10 after transferring from a different school and continued to dance and teach until I was 25 years old. The teaching staff at Glencastle taught me how to be confident, kind, compassionate and dedicated to anything I set my mind to. My classmates and friends taught me loyalty, friendship,and sportsmanship. The family atmosphere that Glencastle strives on isn't just for show, it's something truly special and lasting. I've been away physically from Glencastle going on almost ten years, but the truth is, you are never far from home when you are a Glencastle dancer. You still celebrate the wins of the current dancers, the life milestones of those alumni you danced with and every little thing between. If you are looking for a long lasting family, through the highs and lows of life and dance, then Glencastle is your place to be. Bridget created the most caring and kind family, and I'm so proud of having grown up under her as my teacher.

Glencastle is an amazing dance school. My daughter is not only learning Irish Dance, but she is also growing more confident and independent. As a parent juggling many extracurricular activities for my children I appreciate the staff's clear and consistent communication. The response is always quick and professional.
